Anxiety is a natural reaction to fear and it is what helps keep us safe. If we didn;t have some levels of anxiety we would just walk to the edge of a cliff and keep walking. It is how we keep ourselves alive. But when anxiety reaches high levels, it can start to affect the way that we feel both mentally and physically. This will then have an impact on the relationships we have and on the way in which we work.
